AIRTEC Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade – MINI JCW

As part of our expanding MINI performance range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to introduce our intercooler upgrade for the MINI JCW. Designed for track days or fast road use, this is a direct, bolt-on replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM intercooler.

Performance-Focused Engineering

To combat heat soak and power loss under extended, hard driving, we engineered a larger, freer-flowing intercooler within the tight packaging constraints of the MINI’s front end. Featuring a taller, stepped core and increased depth, our intercooler dramatically improves:

• Internal volume

• Frontal surface area

• Cooling efficiency

The result is enhanced airflow and superior heat dissipation, helping to maintain performance and reliability under demanding conditions.

Optimized Airflow

The intercooler uses high-flow, one-piece cast end tanks, designed to optimize charge air distribution and reduce turbulence. This ensures smooth, efficient airflow through the core, further reducing intake temperatures and minimizing pressure drop.
