Stage 4 Tuning B46/B48 and B46C 2.0L 4-cylinder engine

Stage 4 'ProRACE' is the highest level of custom tuning for those desiring to match closely to the set up of the MINI JCW Pro Challenge cars and other race cars. The combination of a larger turbo, increased fueling capacity, and many supporting mods will make this tune level to +80-100% and more over stock level.
This tune is the result of hundreds of development hours, including hundreds of race hours, and countless dyno sessions with the MINI JCW Pro race cars.

Specific Features:

- +80-100% power increase over stock

- No compromise high power/high torque tune designed mostly for the track

- Recommended for those looking to use factory upgrades to build high power machines out of their MINI

Each Stage 4 'ProRACE' tune will be customized with:

- Burble (exhaust pops) duration and aggression

- DirectDrive™ throttle control: proprietary tune changes for reduced throttle delays and reduced revhang

- Auto rev-match for manual transmission cars On/Off in any driving mode

- Engine startup roar

- Reduced engine temperatures via custom thermostat control

- Ethanol fuel blends up to E40 or more possible

A tune customization form will be sent after order has been placed.

*NOTE For MINIs that have received firmware updates at the dealer after 03/2019, a bench unlock is required before tuning. We provide this service - you must choose the Send in your ECU option!*

2020.5-2023 Requires an ECU replacement with a Modded Mini-supplied unlocked ECU. The BDC module and a key must be sent in for ECU clone programming. You keep your original ECU.
