AIRTEC Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade – MINI GP3

As part of our expanding performance range for MINI vehicles, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to introduce our high-performance intercooler upgrade for the MINI GP3 model. Engineered for both fast road and track use, this intercooler is a direct replacement for the OEM unit and is designed to deliver consistent power under demanding driving conditions.

Technical Overview

To address the limitations of the factory intercooler, particularly during extended high-load use, we’ve developed a significantly larger and more efficient intercooler within the constraints of the F56 chassis. Our solution features a stepped core with increased depth and height, delivering:

A substantial increase in internal volume (22.1 litres)
An enhanced frontal surface area (1,870cm²)
Improved airflow and cooling efficiency

The design incorporates one-piece, cast aluminum end tanks, ensuring maximum durability and optimum flow characteristics. This results in lower intake temperatures, reduced pressure drop, and improved charge air cooling.
